For the launch of a new ortho-spinal system, Stryker needed a campaign that could resonate with two very different but equally critical audiences: the surgical teams performing the procedures, and the hospital administrators focused on outcomes and cost-efficiency. In an industry often dominated by sterile, overly clinical messaging, we developed a human-centered concept that broke through the noise by emphasizing real-world benefits: better outcomes for patients, smoother workflows for surgical teams, and smarter investments for hospital administrators.

The campaign’s creative direction blended emotionally resonant storytelling with high-performance product visibility. For surgeons, we highlighted the tools and teamwork that enable surgical precision and better outcomes. For administrators, we underscored efficiency, reliability, and long-term value. From event experiences and print collateral to digital and social touchpoints, every piece of the launch strategy was designed to feel modern, empathetic, and grounded in the real human impact of Stryker’s innovation.
