Partnering with Moët Hennessy, I led the design and creative direction for an innovative interactive vending machine experience, bringing the brand’s iconic elegance into unexpected spaces like luxury hotels, event venues, and high-end retail environments. Grounded in consumer behavior insights, the concept was designed to elevate a typically utilitarian format into a premium brand touchpoint. The vending unit combined high visual impact with intuitive interaction, allowing users to learn about Moët’s offerings while making on-the-spot purchases in a way that felt both exclusive and engaging.
The system was built to be venue-adaptable, with dynamic content zones that could easily shift messaging to match the context—whether promoting seasonal campaigns, exclusive events, or location-specific offerings. Materials were selected to reflect Moët’s premium identity while meeting sustainability goals and durability standards for public settings. From concept through production, I collaborated with both domestic and offshore vendors to ensure the final execution delivered on visual quality, user experience, and operational efficiency.
