Johnson & Johnson was launching a new refillable daily flosser and needed a packaging system for the Reach banner that could command attention in the highly competitive oral care aisle, while aligning with growing consumer demand for sustainable solutions. Leveraging in-depth consumer research on category expectations, I developed packaging that clearly showcased the flosser handle and refill heads, communicating ease of use and eco-conscious value. The design balanced strong visual presence for shelf and end cap displays with precise dimensional planning to meet planogram requirements across multiple retail formats.

In addition to primary packaging for the flosser and head, I created a distinct design system for refill-only packs, ensuring clarity, ease of use and consistency across the product line. Working closely with their vendor teams, I provided guidance on sustainable material direction and print production for large-scale manufacturing. The final solution delivered both visual impact and operational efficiency—positioning the Reach Access daily flosser as a modern, thoughtful addition to the evolving dental care space.
